Who exactly is Agent 1 and 2?

 I know a lot of people have this question, Who exactly are Agent 1 and 2? well, now you can find out.
There's a possibility that it could be two random inklings who went in the hole. It's possible, but a confusing story.
  The only two squid sisters who have a big possibility of being them are....

Yep, thats right! Callie and Marie!

This pair of inklings are the only pair of inklings that make sense. 

When you first start out the game, it shows Capp'n cuttlefish peeking out of that sewer hole.

 When you beat the third boss in single player mode, Capp'n cuttlefish mentions Agent 1 and 2.
Then later on, Capp'n is taken by the Octolings, and Agent 1 and 2 have to take over. During the Agent takeover, in levels 17-21, the 2 agents look like Callie and Marie, then Agent 1 (or Callie) accidentally says: Mari-, revealing their identities.
